Welcome to the Information Management & Records section of University Human Resources.

Information Management
The Information Management and Technology (IM&T) group has the responsibility to develop and manage UHR's departmental computing resources and technical infrastructure.

IM&T manages the University's Integrated Human Resource Management System, along with the HRMS Employment & Employee Relations system, address database, and the compensation database. We also provide training and consultation to HR system users. We do this to ensure that HR information is accurate and in compliance with University policies. IM&T also provides information and statistical reports to university and external agencies, including; faculty salary surveys and studies, FTE reports, salary disclosure lists, and termination analysis.

Records
The Human Resources Records Division' responsibilities are to ensure that employee's assignments'/jobs' information is accurate, complete, and adheres to policies within the HRMS system. This ensures correct applicant information, verifications to venders, subpoena requests, in addition to employee compensation that ranges from creation of payroll checks, leave balances, benefit programs, positions information, and employee scanned personnel files.
