Workshops available for supervisors and managers
In addition to online resources, Human Resources offered a 3-hour instructor-led workshop throughout October for supervisors, managers, and peer advisors. The goal was to help participants become knowledgeable, trusted, impartial advisors to those who seek their opinion on opting into the new system. The workshop also helped them begin to think about managing and developing people in both systems
at once.
