TERMINATION OF SOURCES OF PAY/ASSIGNMENTS

It is the policy of the University of Virginia to terminate all sources of pay/assignments that have not been paid in excess of 4 months (120 days).

School and departments are responsible for processing termination of sources of pay/assignment.

University Human Resources is responsible for running a monthly report and terminating sources of pay/assignments that exceed 4 months (120 days).
