Interested in learning about Working at U.Va.?

The University of Virginia will be hosting U.Va. WORKS: an Employment Information and Resource Fair. The event will provide information regarding the wide array of Faculty, Staff and Temporary employment opportunities available at U.Va.  It will take place on June 18 from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Omni Hotel located in downtown Charlottesville. 

U.Va WORKS is an opportunity for community members to:

• Learn about current U.Va. job openings
• Meet with Human Resource representatives from departments in both the Medical Center and academic side of the University and interact with U.Va. employees about their experiences. 
• Understand how to navigate the application process and receive assistance in applying for employment opportunities online
• Work with Spanish interpreters for assistance

The Omni Hotel is easily accessible by three CTS bus lines with free parking and is wheelchair accessible.  Participants will have an opportunity to enter a U.Va. raffle. Light refreshments will also be provided.
