How To Apply
If you are applying for a University staff position, your on-line application must be received in the University Recruitment & Staffing division by the specified closing time and date. Positions may be posted open until filled. This means applications are submitted on a continuous basis until the position has been filled. Complete your application on-line, upload a resume, cover letter, and references, apply for specific positions, check the status of your application on-line, return to edit and revise your personal information, indicate areas of career interest, and maintain a personal log-in that allows you to access your information 24/7.

Candidates only need to submit one application. Your on-line application will remain active in our system and may be updated at any time. In the event you have not had any activity with your application in a two-year period, your application will expire and you will need to reapply into the on-line system for future opportunities.

Be sure to fill out the application in its entirety. Do not put "See Resume" on your on-line application as hiring officials do not see your resume unless you attach it during your on-line application process.

Candidates who are actively seeking employment should keep application materials up-to-date. Candidates for staff jobs are responsible for promptly updating their application information, including but not limited to: personal data such as addresses and phone numbers, work history, criminal record, references, knowledge or education attained, skills acquired, etc. Job candidates’ information should be accurate and current at all times.
