Office of Compensation Management Staff
The Office of Compensation Management (OCM) is responsible for:
  • Managing the classification and compensation system for all classified and university staff positions;
  • Review and analysis of Employee Work Profiles to establish new positions or re-evaluate existing positions;
  • The collection and management of salary survey data;
  • Interpretation of University policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws which pertain to compensation issues;
  • Approval of most salary adjustments prior to final processing and payment;
  • Managing the final review and processing of all Administrative General Faculty and Professional General Faculty positions.
