Parking for 918 Emmet is available for those with any University parking permit on the hill in the lot, north of Carruthers Hall. If you do not have a parking permit for the parking area near your classroom location, you may arrive for class a few minutes early and pick one up from the instructor. You may also contact us at dot-reg@virginia.edu to receive a parking pass via messenger mail. Please allow seven business days for processing and delivery.
If you are driving from the University on Emmet Street towards Barracks Road, drive past Carruthers Hall and enter the parking area just north of the building. Follow the road to the top of the hill and park.
Go down to the front of the building (the part that faces Barracks Road) and use the sidewalk to go to 918 Emmet (the first building after Carruthers Hall). After you enter the building, take the elevator to the second floor. As you exit the elevator turn right.
