Welcome to the University Human Resources University Human Resources, Office of Learning & Development web site. We are pleased to be helping you achieve your training and development goals.
Established in October 2001, University Human Resources, Office of Learning & Development (OL&D) is the central U.Va. service provider for training designs, training development, training delivery, training administration, and related job performance support. Our mission is to provide learning opportunities for U.Va. faculty, staff, and organizations that enable them to perform efficiently and effectively in their current and future roles.
Currently we provide the Personal and Professional Development Training Program, the Workplace Education Program, and the Integrated System Training for Financial Applications Program. Our Customer Support Center provides the "Help Desk" for Integrated System Financial Applications and will do the same for Integrated System: HR, Payroll, and Asset Management. We provide training administration services to the Integrated Systems Project (ISP) for the Integrated System HR Training, to UHR Faculty and Staff Career Services, and to U.Va. Department of Information Technology and Communications (ITC) for their workshop offerings. We are working to ensure that U.Va. employees have a single point of access to information and enrollment for all U.Va. training and development offerings.
