In addition, for PPO members who access Non-Preferred Pharmacies, there is a 20% copayment. Reminder about the Specialty Pharmacy Program: Beginning July 1, 2007, Optimum Choice and MAMSI participants were required to obtain specialty medications from select specialty pharmacies to receive in-network benefits.
