| John Paul Jones Arena Discount Benefit |
University Human Resources is thrilled to partner with the John Paul Jones Arena to offer a new benefit to faculty and staff: discounts to selected shows and events at the Arena. New this spring, faculty and staff who go on-line or call to purchase tickets can use the promotional code “ONGROUNDS” to get discounts for selected shows, like Cirque du Soliel’s Saltimbanco, Monster Jam, and the Harlem Globetrotters. You can also get the discount by showing your University ID when purchasing tickets at the Arena.
Students also are eligible for the discount.
Using the discount is an easy process. Simply visit the discount flyer on the University Human Resources Web site at http://www.johnpauljonesarena.com/documents/jpj_uvasupergroup.htm to see which shows are eligible. This flyer will be updated periodically with the latest offerings. You can go straight from the flyer to the online ticket center by choosing “Buy Tickets Now,” call 1-888-JPJ-TIXS to buy over the phone, or visit the ticket window in person. Please keep in mind that the John Paul Jones Arena has generously negotiated the discount whenever possible, but the discount only applies to certain shows and selected seating sections. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

John Paul Jones Arena opened summer 2006 and was voted Best New Major Concert Venue 2006 by POLLSTAR Magazine. The John Paul Jones Arena is a SMG-managed facility.
